Cranky Rooster Ghost Pepper Sauce

Ghost pepper, the interspecific hybrid chili pepper grows in India and is one among world's hottest chili pepper. It offers a perfect blend and taste when accompanied with any snacks.  So folks roll up sleeves, let's cook some sauce.

Ingredients required for preparing cranky rooster ghost pepper sauce;

  1. Olive oil - 1 Tbs.
  2. Chopped ghost pepper - 6
  3. Diced onion - 1
  4. Chopped tomatoes - 2
  5. Red wine vinegar - 2 tbs.
  6. Salt - 1 tsp.
  7. Water - 1/2 cup


Sauté the ghost peppers and onion in olive oil. And add tomatoes, and then cook for ten minutes. Once cooked, add vinegar, salt, and water. Put the flame on simmer, and cook for 20 minutes.

Pour this into a food processor and blend it until it becomes smooth. Pour the sauce into a jar, and refrigerate.

One last secret tip guys, the longer you wait, the more intense the flavors get.
