What you will need;

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 6 peppers (if you want really hot, ghost peppers or Trinidad moruga peppers)
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 tablespoon red wine vinegar

Heat oil in a pan and throw in peppers and onions. Stir. Add tomatoes and again stir. Cook for 10 minutes. Add vinegar, salt, and water. Allow simmering for 20 minutes. Pour the contents into a food processor and pulse until smooth. Transfer into another container for use.
