Ghost Chili Tandoori Wings

Serves: 6-8

Total Time: 3 hours 30 minutes

Cooking Time: about 35-40 minutes



8-12 chicken quarters

1 cup whole plain yogurt

2 tbsp lemon juice

4 tbsp melted butter

1 packet Shan Tandoori Masala

2 tbsp indian ground red pepper or Hungarian red paprika

2 tbsp Cranky Rooster Ghost Chili Hot Sauce

1 tsp ground ginger

1 tsp minced garlic



Mix all ingredients thoroughly and coat the chicken pieces. Prick all over the meat with a sharp paring knife. Refrigerate for 3 hours. If at all possible, cook these on a grill over medium heat. If not, preheat the oven to 375 degrees and spread the chicken on a baking sheet. Roast for about 20-25 minutes, checking for doneness.
Serve with a salad of cucumber, red onion and tomato.
